BOB LBO Educational Qualification & Experience
BOB LBO post के लिए candidate के पास graduation के साथ prescribed banking experience होना जरूरी है।

Important: Clerical cadre का experience eligibility के लिए consider नहीं किया जाएगा। Experience किसी Scheduled Commercial Bank में Officer के रूप में होना चाहिए।
BOB LBO Local Language Requirement
Candidate को जिस State के लिए apply करना है, उसकी prescribed local language में proficiency होनी चाहिए।
Candidate को local language में:
- Reading
- Writing
- Speaking
- Understanding
आना चाहिए।
Online examination में shortlisted candidates को Local Language Proficiency Test (LPT) qualify करना होगा। हालांकि, अगर candidate की 10th या 12th marksheet/certificate में applied State की specified local language subject के रूप में पढ़ी हुई है, तो LPT से छूट दी जा सकती है।

BOB LBO Recruitment में selection process Bank द्वारा निर्धारित online test और आगे के selection stages पर based होगा।

Official notification में online examination का tentative structure इस प्रकार दिया गया है:

English Language test qualifying nature का है और इसके marks final merit में consider नहीं किए जाएंगे। बाकी sections English और Hindi में bilingual होंगे। प्रत्येक section के लिए अलग timing होगी।
Negative Marking
Online examination में wrong answer के लिए 0.25 marks की penalty होगी। Unattempted question के लिए कोई penalty नहीं होगी।
Posting Details
Selected candidates को जिस State के लिए उन्होंने apply किया है, उसी State में पहले 12 years of service या SMGS-IV promotion तक, जो भी पहले हो, posting दी जाएगी।
इसके बाद Bank की requirement के अनुसार candidate को India में किसी भी branch/office में post किया जा सकता है।
