Hartron Junior Programmer Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must fulfill the educational qualification and age requirements mentioned in the official notification.
Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess any one of the following qualifications with minimum 55% marks:
- Graduation with PGDCA / PDCA / PGDIT / APGDCA
- Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)
- B.Sc. Computer Science / Information Technology
- MCA
- M.Sc. Computer Science / IT
- B.Tech / M.Tech
- Three-Year Diploma in Computer Application or Information Technology
- DOEACC / NIELIT ‘A’, ‘B’, or ‘C’ Level Certification
Candidates holding MCA or M.Tech through Distance Education or Part-Time mode must have qualifications approved by AICTE.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 42 Years
The age will be calculated as on 01 January 2026.
Age relaxation will be applicable as per Haryana Government rules.
Salary
Selected candidates will receive a monthly remuneration of:
₹24,100/- per month
Selection Process
The selection procedure consists of multiple stages.
Stage 1: Written Examination
Candidates will appear for an MCQ-based Domain Knowledge Test.
Stage 2: Document Verification
Candidates qualifying the written examination will be called for document verification.
Stage 3: Mandatory Training
Eligible candidates must complete approximately 50 hours of training over one month at Hartron training centers.
A refundable security deposit of ₹1,500 must be deposited before training.
Stage 4: Practical Test
After successful training, candidates will appear for the Practical/Project Test.
Stage 5: Final Merit List
The final panel will be prepared according to merit and Haryana reservation policy.
Training and Security Deposit
Candidates qualifying the first stage must complete mandatory training with at least 75% attendance.
The ₹1,500 security amount will be refunded only if:
- 75% attendance is maintained.
- Candidate clears the practical examination within two attempts.
- No damage is caused to Hartron equipment or property.
Test Centers
The recruitment examination will be conducted at:
- IDDC, Ambala
- HMSDC, Gurugram
Panel Validity
The selected panel will remain valid for two years from the declaration of results.
Hartron may extend the panel validity up to five years depending on organizational requirements.
Being included in the panel does not guarantee immediate deployment. Appointments will be made only when departments submit confirmed requirements.
